  • Design / Shape: Radiatori is a short, chunky pasta with ruffled, fin-like edges that resemble radiator grills. These ridges and folds trap sauce, vegetables and bits of flavour in every bite.

  • Texture & Process: Bronze-die extrusion gives a rough surface that helps sauce cling, while slow drying helps retain flavour and integrity.
