 3. Cook for ~20 minutes—first 5 minutes at high heat, then medium. Once done, let it rest 5 minutes off the heat.Â
 4. For a single serving: ~ 140 g of the paella mix + 400 ml water. Shake the tray first to mix ingredients evenly. -
