At LemonSalt, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal food products; however, if you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Due to safety regulations, perishable goods can only be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order to report issues with perishable items or damaged packaging.
Prepare the Package
Ensure non-perishable items are unopened and in their original packaging, then include your order slip inside the box.
Ship to LemonSalt
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our kitchen team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
